Solo an incredibly versatile and talented actress with ballet training is well known for her ability to play a variety of roles. Her most well-known role is playing the ambitious "Veronica," a leading rival to Natalie Portman's character 'Nina" in the 5 time Oscar award-winning film Black Swan, manipulative and disturbing 'Holly' with Dominic Monaghan in the psychological thriller Pet as well as the young and innocent 'Lucy' opposite Maria Bello in In Search of Fellini. Solo has been praised for her ability to change her roles in the world of television, most notably her portrayal of Kenzi in Syfy's fantasy noir show Lost Girl. She also performed the role of a real-life socialite Peggy Shippen and her husband in the upcoming historical drama by AMC the Page: Washington's Spies.
